HUM 180 Internet Cultural Exploration

This course provides a framework for students to visit, examine, and analyze a country/region outside the United States to learn about the place and people. Emphasis is placed on the distinctive cultural characteristics of a country or region. Upon completion, students should be able to identify similarities/differences, analyze causes/effects, and clearly articulate the impact of one or more cultural elements. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement and the Independent Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
