PSY 259 Human Sexuality

This course provides the biological, psychological, and sociocultural aspects of human sexuality and related research. Topics include reproductive biology, sexual and psychosexual development, sexual orientation, contraception, sexually transmitted diseases, sexual disorders, theories of sexuality, and related issues. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an overall knowledge and understanding of human sexuality. This course has been approved to satisfy the CAA and the ICAA as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
