Tuition Refund Policy
Curriculum
If a class or curriculum is cancelled, all of the tuition and fees shall be refunded.
A seventy-five percent (75%) tuition refund shall be made upon request if the student officially withdraws from classes prior to or on the 10% point of the term. Tuition refund requests must be made through the Office of the Director of Records and Registration and will not be considered after the 10% point. To officially withdraw from a class, the student must complete a "Request for Refund" form, which must be approved by the Director of Records and Registration.
Refunds to financial aid programs will be made in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Workforce and Professional Development
When the College cancels a class, the student will be notified and receive a full refund.
The student will receive a full refund if the student officially withdraws from the class at least one business day prior to the first day of class.
The student will receive a seventy-five percent (75%) refund of the registration fee if the student officially withdraws from the class prior to or at the 10% point of the class, if applicable. To officially withdraw from a class, the student must complete a "Request for Refund" form, which must be approved by the Director of Records and Registration.
Student requests for a refund are not accepted after the 10% point of the class.
If a student could not meet these conditions under extreme circumstances, the student may petition to the Director of Records and Registration and seek approval from the Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
