Financial Aid Application Procedure
Students applying for most types of aid at WPCC must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application must be renewed each academic year for a student to continue to receive financial aid. The priority filing date for the FAFSA is June 1. Certain scholarships and other types of aid may require a separate application available through the Financial Aid Office.
Students who wish to take additional courses at another college and receive credit for Federal Aid should notify the Financial Aid Office prior to the beginning of each semester. Federal law requires WPCC to complete a written agreement with the second college before Federal Aid is disbursed. Students must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent to be eligible for Federal Title IV financial aid.
