Withdraw from Class
Students wishing to withdraw from a class after the ten percent (10%) point of the class must see the class instructor to process the appropriate form. Please take note of the grading policy regarding the possible consequences of not contacting the instructor of the class to be withdrawn. No student-initiated withdrawals will be processed the last week of the term.
