PED 142 Lifetime Sports

This course is designed to five an overview of a variety of sports activities. Emphasis is place on the skills and rules necessary to participate in a variety of lifetime sports. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an awareness of the importance of participating in lifetime sports activities. This course has been approved for transfer under the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement and the Independent Comprehensive Articulation Agreement as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.
