MLT 120 Hematology/Hemostasis I

This course introduces the theory and technology used in analyzing blood cells and the study of hemostasis. Topics include hematology, hemostasis, and related laboratory testing. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate theoretical comprehension of hematology/hemostasis, perform diagnostic techniques, and correlate laboratory findings with disorders. This course may be taught in two incremental units: MLT 120C (3-0-3) and MLT 120L (0-3-1).
